How we calculate price
Our price gets calculated based on the base subscription fee, along with any applicable charges for add-ons, the use of AI tokens and additional outbound messages sent.~$0.02 for every AI response$2 for every 1000 emails sent
What happens if I exceed 100,000 monthly active users (MAU)?
If your app surpasses 100,000 MAUs, we offer custom Enterprise plans tailored to your needs.
Not sure about your MAU requirements yet? That's okay – you can start with our Team Plan. When you approach the 100,000 MAU mark, our sales team will reach out to discuss the next steps.
There won’t be any unexpected automatic charges when you hit the limit, and your service will remain uninterrupted as we guide you through a smooth transition to an Enterprise plan without any disruptions.
Can we pay by invoice?
Enterprise customers have the option to pay by invoice.
