What you’ll do once you join us

  • Provide hands-on level 1 and 2 support to business critical users on app and web platforms
  • Effectively communicate expertise to clients seeking to install or use Gleap
  • Maximize customer satisfaction and productivity through a timely and accurate resolution of user issues
  • Collaborate with engineering and product team to resolve tickets
  • Constantly push and advance our tool by contributing your ideas and gathering feedback
