What you’ll do once you join us

  • Provide hands-on level 1 support to users on app and web platforms
  • Manage and engage our community of users to maximize customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the engineering and product team to resolve tickets
  • Run product demos
  • Constantly push and advance our tool by contributing your ideas
