  • 1+ years of experience working as a community manager in a SaaS company
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and content
  • Extremely comfortable in Reddit, Stackoverflow and Twitter
  • Excellent spoken and written command of the English language
  • Passionate and proactive personality, self-starter mentality 


What you’ll do once you join us

  • Build up and own Gleap community channels and discussions across Reddit, Slack, Twitter, Discord and Stackoverflow
  • Be the voice behind the Gleap network to our community of developers
  • Organize community events and meetups
  • Update the community on the latest developments or features and answer to community questions
  • Track and report on key community metrics
  • Constantly push and advance our tool by contributing your ideas and gathering feedback
